Why don’t you offer exact appointment times?

We schedule lawn care appointments between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and here’s why:

✅ Lawn care isn’t like cable repair — it’s outdoors.
Start times can vary due to weather, traffic, lawn conditions at earlier jobs, or access issues. Rather than overpromise and underdeliver, we give you a day and service window — and keep you in the loop.

✅ You’ll still know when we’re coming.
You’ll get a text or email when your lawn care provider is on the way, if they’re running late, and when the job is complete.

✅ Most clients aren’t home anyway.
You don’t need to be there — as long as we can access your yard, we’ll handle the rest.

This system keeps our routes efficient, your pricing fair, and your lawn consistently taken care of — without the stress of watching the clock.
